SUMMARY:Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show: Waves of Change Night benefiting Springfield Black Tie
DESCRIPTION:High Tide Theatrical is proud to partner with Springfield Black Tie for Waves of Change Night at Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show. Springfield Black Tie supports and uplifts the local LGBTQ+ community through celebration\, visibility\, and grant funding for organizations making a meaningful impact in the Ozarks. \nFor this production\, $5 from every ticket sold to our Saturday 7:30 PM performances will be donated to Springfield Black Tie’s grant funds. Guests will also have the opportunity to donate directly during the show by scanning the QR code in the lobby and playbill. \nThank you for helping us make waves of change\, one act at a time. \n\nHigh Tide Theatrical continues its 2026 production of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show with a rowdy night of rock\, camp\, chaos\, and audience participation at the Lightroom Lounge at Martha’s Vineyard. \nA cult classic rock musical unlike anything else\, Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show follows Brad and Janet\, a newly engaged couple whose car breaks down on a dark and stormy night. Seeking help\, they stumble into the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter\, a mad scientist with a flair for glam\, rebellion\, and unapologetic self-expression. What follows is a wild night of music\, desire\, transformation\, and absolute madness. \nWith iconic songs including “Time Warp\,” “Sweet Transvestite\,” and “Science Fiction/Double Feature\,” this live Rocky experience invites audiences to dress up\, shout back\, and become part of the show. \nWhether you are a veteran who knows every callback or a Rocky virgin ready to be initiated\, this is Rocky up close\, unfiltered\, and unforgettable. \n\nOfficial High Tide prop bags are included with every ticket. Outside props are not permitted. \nRecommended Rating: 18+ for mature themes\, sexual content and innuendo\, strong language\, suggestive costuming\, and audience participation. \nRun Time: Approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes\, including one 15-minute intermission. \nContent Notice: This production contains mature themes\, sexual content and innuendo\, strong language\, suggestive costuming\, theatrical haze\, flashing lights\, loud sound\, and audience participation.
