All High Tide Theatrical performances take place in the Lightroom Lounge at Martha’s Vineyard, located in downtown Springfield, MO. Please check your ticket or confirmation email for specific performance details.
What time should I arrive?
The lobby opens 45 minutes before showtime.
High Tide Members are invited into the performance space at that time for early seating access. For information on becoming a member, click here.
All other patrons are welcome to begin seating 30 minutes prior to showtime.
We recommend arriving early for the best experience!
Is seating assigned?
No. All seating is general admission, but High Tide Members receive priority seating 45 minutes before the performance begins.
Can I bring children to the show?
Yes, children are welcome at the discretion of their accompanying adult. Please note that some productions may include mature content. We encourage reviewing the show description for content advisories before attending with young audiences.
Is photography or video recording allowed?
No. Photography, video, or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during performances to protect our artists and preserve the integrity of the experience. Guests found recording may be asked to leave without a refund.
What accessibility accommodations are available?

Outside food and drink are not permitted.
Our venue offers a full-service bar with a selection of cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy your refreshments from the Lightroom Lounge during the show!

What’s your refund policy?
We at High Tide Theatrical aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. To ensure clarity, please review the following ticket refund and exchange policy:
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before the show date.
No exchanges will be made on or after the performance date.
Exchanges must be for the same show and are subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply when processing exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for ticket purchases. All sales are final.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our box office via email at [email protected] with your ticket details at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and depend on seat availability for the desired date.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for supporting High Tide Theatrical!
What’s your late seating policy?
Due to the high demand for our limited seating, any unclaimed tickets will be released for resale five minutes after the scheduled showtime (7:35 PM for evening performances, 2:05 PM for matinees). We strongly encourage all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to showtime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Out of respect for our performers and fellow audience members, late seating is not guaranteed once the performance has begun.
Because of the unique nature of our venue and productions, it may be unsafe or disruptive to seat guests after the show has started. When possible, our house staff will seat latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, but this is at their discretion.
Please note: If you arrive after the show begins and seating is not possible, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning ahead to avoid disappointment.
