Into the Woods is a captivating Broadway musical by Stephen Sondheim that weaves together the beloved tales of classic fairytales with a rich and complex narrative. The story follows familiar characters—such as Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (from Jack and the Beanstalk), and a Baker and his Wife—who embark on a journey into the woods to fulfill their deepest wishes.

As the characters navigate their quests, they encounter various challenges and moral dilemmas, revealing the consequences of their desires and the complexities of human nature. The musical beautifully blends whimsical elements with darker themes, exploring the intricacies of dreams, relationships, and the bittersweet nature of life.

With a stunning score that includes iconic songs like “No One is Alone,” “Agony,” and “Children Will Listen,” Into the Woods encourages audiences to reflect on the choices we make and the importance of community, responsibility, and growth.
