TICKET Refund and Exchange Policy

We at High Tide Theatrical aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. To ensure clarity, please review the following ticket refund and exchange policy:

  1. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before the show date.

    • No exchanges will be made on or after the performance date.

    • Exchanges must be for the same show and are subject to availability.

    • Additional fees may apply when processing exchanges.

  2. Refunds

    • Refunds are not offered for ticket purchases. All sales are final.

  3. How to Request an Exchange

    • To request an exchange, please contact our box office via email at [email protected] with your ticket details at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance.

    • Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and depend on seat availability for the desired date.
