AUDITION INFORMATION 

Virtual auditions only. There will be no in-person initial auditions for this production. 

Audition submissions are now open! Video auditions may be submitted beginning today and must be received no later than Friday, August 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM (CT). Auditions received after the deadline will not be considered. 

VIRTUAL AUDITION REQUIREMENTS  

Those interested in auditioning should submit a recorded video that includes: 

• A brief introduction with your name. 

• The title of the song you will be performing and the musical or artist it is from. 

• Approximately 32 bars of a song in the style of the show that best showcases your vocal range, personality, and storytelling ability. 

Please ensure your video and audio quality are clear enough for the production team to evaluate your performance.

Performers invited to callbacks will receive an email with additional information and callback materials. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We are seeking fearless, dynamic performers (ages 18+) of all body types, gender identities, gender expressions, races, ethnicities, and experience levels. The Rocky Horror Show is bold, playful, campy, and unapologetically queer. We want our cast to embrace that spirit with confidence, authenticity, and joy. 

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or making your theatrical debut, we encourage you to audition. Bring your unique energy, creativity, and individuality. All roles are available. 

REHEARSALS 

Most rehearsals will be held Sunday through Thursday evenings between 7:00–10:00 PM. 

The first cast meeting will take place on Monday, August 31. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be provided following casting. As with all High Tide Theatrical productions, not every performer will be called to every rehearsal.

ABOUT THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW:    

A humorous tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 1930s through 60s, The Rocky Horror Show follows sweethearts Brad and Janet on a night they’ll never forget. After their car breaks down, they stumble upon the mansion of mad transvestite scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter, who is unveiling his latest creation: the perfect man, “Rocky.” Packed with iconic songs like “Time Warp” and “Sweet Transvestite,” this raunchy, ridiculous, and rebellious show is a celebration of liberation, queerness, and the power of live performance.
